My wife and I had our kitchen and adjacent bathroom renovated by J Francis in the fall of 2019 into the winter of 2020. A new kitchen was the perfect place to spend the Covid lockdown. The team at J Francis did a super job of assisting us in designing the kitchen we envisioned and that transforming that vision into reality. All home projects aren't without their pitfalls and not everything goes according to plan. But, I'll say this, at every step, I firmly believed that J Francis would address any situations and make it right, which it did! I had full confidence throughout the process that J Francis had our best interests at the fore. Additionally, the J Francis staff was a pleasure to work with - and we felt very comfortable with having them essentially move into our home for 90 days!
