Every time we entertain we consistently hear "your house is beautiful", "the design and details are gorgeous". J Francis made sure the quality and details were perfect. If there were ever material issues J Francis never hesitated to point it out and offer alternatives or replacement options. Their ability and expertise to recommend ideas and options for design consideration was eye opening. We ended up with better design and function because of their expertise.
