J Francis remodeled our kitchen and bathroom and we are very happy with the work performed. One benefit of working with J Francis are the periodic follow-up walk through after the completion of the work. John, the owner, personally performs the walk through. There were a couple of issues that we pointed out to John at the 6 month walk through and without prompting, he immediately addressed the problems. It's hard to put a price on that level of service. Sometimes you get what you pay for and this is true with J Francis.
