As part of a larger remodeling project, the home owner requested a powder room be installed on the first floor for guests and convenience.  Relying on the design-build services of J. Francis Company, space was found under an existing stair and the challenge met.  Through careful planning and efficient use of space an attractive and functional powder room was created.
