We did a long-distance, full-house remodel with J. Francis on our home while I was working 1,000 miles away. From initial planning through project completion, their staff was continuously in touch with us and kept us completely updated via telcons, Google Hangout sessions, and e-mails. The project started and completed on time. And...the results were incredible! As with any project of this magnitude, there were the inevitable things that cropped up. But the staff was always on top of things, and in constant contact with us. We couldn't be happier with the results, and would recommend them for anyone looking for a professional company who will walk you through the project from start to finish.
