About This Project:
Complete renovation, including restructuring of the interior main level, new kitchen, new bathrooms, new basement, new mudroom, interior and exterior painting, and new hardwood floors. The goal was to update and make family friendly with an open floor plan.

We purchased an old home in 2015 for our family of five that was in need of a complete renovation, including complete restructuring of the interior main level, new kitchen, new bathrooms, new basement, new mudroom, interior and exterior painting, and new hardwood floors. We had a quest to update this beautiful home and to make it as family friendly as possible with open concept floor plan and new functional spaces {like a large mudroom, large pantry, and kitchen opening to the backyard and family room}. Our project lasted approximately 11months, and was finished earlier than expected, despite numerous additions to the original proposed scope of work.
Throughout the process, we found that J . Francis Company excelled in every area, ranging from timely communication, excellent suggestions and proposals, high-quality work, and professional staff. We were very impressed with their ability to understand what we wanted to do with different spaces, and how to make it happen, especially given that we had never done this before and needed a lot of guidance. It was also helpful to have one group to deal with during every stage from the architectural drawings to the actual finished project. We met with them on a weekly basis to discuss progress and make short term and long term plans, which really enhanced communication and allowed us to discuss changes along the way. Embarking on a home renovation is never an easy task, but we truly felt that J. Francis Company had our best interests in mind throughout the process, and produced beautiful, high-quality work that our family will enjoy for the years to come. I don't think we could have picked a better group to work with during this process. In summary, we highly recommend their services for anyone with a small or large home improvement project in mind.
