Osborne Lane Kitchen
We did a complete renovation of our kitchen. We could not have been happier with our experience working with J. Francis Co., LLC. From the minute we walked in to their offices for the initial meeting to the end of the project, they made it easy on us. They delivered on their mission statement of first developing trust. Everything else flowed from there... When these guys say they're going to do something, they do it. And they do it when they say they're going to do it. The project came in exactly on time. They are sticklers for getting every detail correct.
We are looking forward to using JFCo for our planned future projects! Thank you, J. Francis and Company!

The Project
- Renovate Kitchen - New layout as indicated in attached drawings, new cabinetry, finished floor, new ceiling lighting, openings to Foyer and Three Seasons Room enlarged, new flush beam and new ceiling throughout, painted walls and ceiling, installed owner-supplied appliances.
- Three Season Rooms - Removed existing hardwood flooring, made adjustments to the existing HVAC ductwork, removed bench seat and repaired walls, replaced existing 3-panel sliding door with new unit in same location, replaced floor with matching hardwood (kitchen/ foyer).
