S. Linden Kitchen Addition
Our renovation experience with the J Francis Company was a pleasure from beginning to end. We felt that our project was handled like a commercial project. The Project
The concept was to enclose the rear porch and remove walls to enlarge the kitchen. The first floor stairway and closet were reconfigured to create space for a powder room. For the master suite walls were moved to increase the size of the master bath and closet.
The upper cabinets are maple with a coconut finish and base cabinets have a Black-Forest finish. The counter tops are Victoria Sands quartz. European-style range hood by Gust over a dacor Renaissance Gas Cooktop. A stainless double wall oven balances the space with the stainless Jenn-Air Refrigerator. The built in Microwave is tucked away in a base cabinet underneath the breakfast nook. . The flooring is Waltham Strip Oak in Country Natural is complemented by the Silver Strand by Sherwin Williams painted walls.
