John McCloskey, the owner of JFCo, explained that he likes the idea of taking something that’s old and turning it into something beautiful, while still keeping a lot of that original character.
That IS Pittsburgh. A city that was old and beat-up from the collapse of the steel industry has turned into something beautiful and innovative. J. Francis Company has been a part of that evolution.
With new people moving into the area due to technology opportunities and the affordability of the housing stock, a majority of home owners want to increase their living space both on the interior and the exterior.
